The Egg 8’2 board is an interesting intermediate, offering the maneuverability of a mini malibu and the paddling speed of a longboard.
In fact, the round tail offers great maneuverability in turns and the ability to carve generous curves. If you already own a longboard, all you have to do is buy a tail to completely upgrade your board! The front of the longboard offers more length. It gives you better paddling speed and glide! If you own a mini malibu, you can easily buy a nose to adapt your equipment to the small waves of certain weeks of the summer!

The Mini Malibu’s shorter nose, on the other hand, enables the board to perform well in intermediate-sized hollow waves. In short, the 8’3 hybrid offers stability and paddling speed, while retaining a pronounced rocker for easy take-offs in hollow waves.
