We have chosen partners who share our vision: 100% made in France, short supply chain and environmentally friendly. Here is a brief introduction to the first two companies with which we have begun a great collaboration.
Backsurf: the repairable Made in France leash
The leashes Newave x Backsurf They're out! Made in France they are assembled in a social and solidarity workshop in the Basque Country.
But that's not all: The leashes are also repairable Like our boards, they are indeed removable because they consist of a cord and a strap. Therefore, if one breaks, only the cord needs to be replaced. With a fin wrench, the old cord is unscrewed in a few seconds and replaced with the new one. No more waste!
Finally, Backsurf is committed to the environment by working with recycled materials The strap, for example, is made from natural rubber and recycled polyester!
Simwax: Wax made from beeswax
Simon, a passionate surfer, is behind this great initiative! His product is 100% ecological, biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
Its composition? Beeswax, Landes pine resin and various natural materials.
On the production side, it's 100% made in France. Everything is handmade in the Landes region between Moliets and Mimizan.
Three temperatures are available on the site: Cold 10-15°C, Cool 15-21°C and Warm 18-24°C!
