Shipping & Delivery Information
At Newave Surf, we want to get you out on the water as fast as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we get our gear from our warehouse to your door.
1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship worldwide via professional carriers. Your specific shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Delivery Times
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we get to work. Delivery times vary depending on your geographic location:
- Processing Time: Usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Estimated Transit: 3-5 days for EU, 7-10 days International.
Note: In the rare event that a product is exceptionally unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You’ll have the choice to wait for the restock or cancel your order for a full refund.
3. How We Deliver

Carrier Info: We use professional transport services to ensure your gear arrives safely.

Partial Shipments: Sometimes your order might arrive in multiple packages. If we ship your order in parts, you will never be charged extra for the additional delivery.

Missed Deliveries: Not home? No worries. The carrier will leave a notice or send an email. You can usually reschedule your delivery or choose to pick up your package at a nearby collection point.
4. Delays & "Force Majeure"
While we do everything in our power to meet delivery estimates, Newave Surf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control (such as extreme weather, strikes, or other "force majeure" events).
5. Your Rights (Late Delivery)
We value your trust. In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if we fail to deliver within the estimated timeframe (and the delay isn't due to force majeure):

You can request that we deliver within a "reasonable additional timeframe."

If we still haven't delivered within that extra window, you have the right to cancel your order via written notice (email or registered letter).

Upon cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
