A stable board with generous volume and low rocker, it offers easy wave catching and excellent maneuverability, whatever the conditions.

Ideal as a first shortboard for an intermediate surfer or as a complement to a longboard, the 6'6 Newave is versatile up to 2m.

Recommended setup: thruster for everyday use, quad in hollow waves.

Combining style and stability, the Newave longboard offers the surfer the possibility of moving towards the nose while maintaining very good maneuverability in turns.

With its low rocker, it gains speed very easily when rowing.

Thanks to its boxy rails, V-shaped concave and fine pin tail, it grips well in hollower waves while offering great ease in changing direction.

Newave Modular Design

Designed to combine performance and portability, our technology is based on a high-density EPS core vacuum-laminated with an ultra-resistant epoxy resin and fiberglass reinforcement patches.

This process guarantees the rigidity of a traditional composite while allowing for total modularity. To ensure perfect consistency during assembly, the width and thickness remain rigorously constant across the entire joint area. Once the board is secured by its locking pins, the injected nylon connectors preserve the original flex and rocker for a fluid and precise ride.

Newave is the story of Ewen and Hadrien, two surfers accustomed to surf trips around the world. As they traveled, one reality became clear: transporting a surfboard by train or plane had become prohibitively expensive, stressful, and restrictive.

Renting on site wasn't always a reliable option. Between shop opening hours and the lack of equipment suitable for conditions, they decided to design the ideal solution. A high-performance board, with no compromise on glide, capable of following them absolutely everywhere.
