One of the biggest advantages of Newave modular surfboards is their modularity. Thanks to our “W” connection system, every piece can be combined with another to create new shapes tailored to different conditions.
Let’s say you start with a 7’6 Mini Malibu to progress in small waves. By simply swapping the tail for a longboard tail, you get an 8’2 Egg : easier to paddle and perfect for mellow days. Then, replace the nose with a 9’0 Longboard nose, and you’ll unlock even more stability, smooth turns, and even the possibility of classic cross-step noserides.
With just 7 pieces, you can create up to 9 different boards. The Newave system lets you adapt your quiver as your level improves, your style evolves, or the wave conditions change, all without stacking boards in your garage.

The Lazy Fish 5’10’’ is a lightweight, versatile model designed for intermediate to advanced surfers looking for a responsive board that’s easy to carry : perfect for summer sessions.
Its rounded nose offers great stability and excellent paddling power, making it easier to catch soft, small waves. The moderate rocker provides good glide and optimal speed. The outline makes it easy to generate speed and perform smooth turns.
